Jim lives where he was raised, in Long Beach, California, with his partner of nine years, Bill, and their two golden retrievers, mother Brandi and daughter Hailey. Jim works as a special education administrator for a large school district in Southern California, slaying dragons and fighting for the forces of Good instead of Evil. With a Bachelor's degree in Theatre and a Master's degree in Special Education, he is presently being coerced into obtaining his Ed.D. but is fighting it with all his might.
